Regular Day

Since G left school and has been at home with me, we spend a lot of time doing things around the house and in the yard (although AMEN to the fact that the Austin pools are open now so you know where to find us from here on out). We spent the other morning harvesting some carrots that G and Casey planted earlier in the year.

Our bountiful harvest:

Washed and ready to eat:
our bounty

My gardening companion extraordinaire:
g gardens

She proudly displays her shovel (and my brown thumb):

Maybe next year we'll be a little more vigilant about our veggies.
