The Sixteen Oh Four

Though I do regularly remember that this blog is here, I can only apologize that it's fallen by the wayside. I'm ashamed when I look at the sidebar and see that in 2006, 2007 and 2008 the number of posts got larger and larger and than SPLAT. No more posts. A flat line. (Or maybe 12 posts a year or something.)

I think I had blog fatigue for awhile there; I was trying to do the Hazeled blog, this one and then blog for a group site (that I enjoy, but is a weekly commitment) and I just got burnt out. However, I do have pictures! Lots and lots of pictures! So maybe you'll forgive me when I show you pictures of the girls and swear that I'll try to do better, yes?

We met up with our dear friends Allison and Zach at the kite festival a couple of weeks ago... it was exactly the kind of day that makes you glad to live in Austin. It was sunny and windy, and I think 8-0 percent of the Austin population was there that day. It was fantastic.

Thanks to Allison for those last two shots! It's nice to be in pictures now and again.

So, as blog readers (assuming that anyone even checks this site anymore) what do you think about me combining everything and just posting at the hazeled blog? It's not that much work to do both, but I'm curious to what will work better.
