It was a day of sadness here at the homestead last week when when Adele, who is quite adept at pulling up and scooting along furniture, took my camera down with her. And by "took it down" I mean "brought it crashing to the floor whereupon the shutter jammed and no more photos can be taken ever." Since my camera is sort of my third arm I was, to put it mildly, a little depressed. But it was able to be replaced (yahoo!) and the new camera body arrived yesterday. In the meantime, some shots from our weekend, taken with the point and shoot that's actually a lot easier to haul around! I had sort of forgotten that perk...
Daddy and the girls at the top of Mount Bonnell, looking out over downtown.

Mama checks out the view of the lake.

Daddy framed at Mount Bonnell.

The baby A.

Georgia "on the mountain!"

Then we headed over to Mayfield Park, where we checked out the ponds and the peacocks.

It's really nice to be able to take some time to visit all the places that make you love where you live.
